Go to the school library !
Ask for books or magazines in English, the librarian is a very nice lady who will show you what is available.
Reading is an excellent exercise : it enriches your knowledge, makes you travel, gives you the opportunity to discover new places and people, and sometimes, it can even make you switch off reality if you feel a bit low.
